Portland area wakes up to slushy mess, but no heavy snow

Portland's in for a mostly rainy day today with daytime temperatures stuck in the chilly 30s. If you're above 500 feet — or headed that way — you could see between 1 and 3 inches of accumulation snow.
The National Weather Service puts the chance of rain at 100 percent so you might consider grabbing an umbrella as you head out the door today.
