Mardi Gras rocks New Orleans
Some people hadn't stopped drinking since Monday's Lundi Gras prequel to Mardi Gras. Wearing a bright orange wig, a purple mask and green shoes, New Orleans resident Charlotte Hamrick walked along Canal Street to meet friends.
