SEATTLE — A federal judge in Seattle has sentenced "Barefoot Bandit" Colton Harris-Moore to 6 1/2 years in prison for his infamous two-year, international crime spree of break-ins, and boat and plane thefts that ended in 2010.

Colton Harris-Moore, aka, the Barefoot Bandit, was sentenced to six and a half years in prison Friday.
January 27, 2012 His crime spree stretched across the US in 2010, until he was caught in the Bahamas. Colton Harris-Moore got the nickname because he committed some of his crimes while shoeless.
